If your Pit Vipers aren't making you look fast enough or just don't fit your face, we offer a 30-day window to return or exchange your gear in its original, pristine condition. Demand respect and authority, but if you need a different style, we’ve got your back.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Claim

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Pack the Goods

  Place your sunglasses, original packaging, and all accessories back into a secure shipping box to ensure they survive the journey.

• 3.
  Print and Post

  Download your prepaid shipping label, slap it on the box, and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Get Paid or Swapped

  Once our team inspects your gear, we will process your full refund or ship out your new favorite pair of shades within 5-7 business days.
